Nazar Al Qatari wants to make a real difference in the lives of the poor and needy and has set up two academies alongside Imam Hussein Charity, which are skills training projects that could directly lift not just the individual but a family out of poverty. We have carefully selected 50 men to join the Al Abbas Duas Come True Academy that will give them skills training in being a barber or driver and IHC will support them through their apprenticeship for a year. Alongside this, 50 women including widows will join the Sayeeda Zainab Empowerment Academy where they will learn to sew and later if they wish can comfortably earn from tailoring. This project is unique in uplifting a household out of vulnerability by giving them an a skill set that could directly lead to an income and make them stable and secure.

Join us in stamping out poverty and donate £500 per aspiring student to open up a brighter tomorrow.
